Join Weekly Buddy Calls

Why Buddy Calls?

Making lifestyle changes is easier, and a lot more enjoyable, when you're not doing it alone. Buddy calls pair you with a fellow participant for a simple one-to-one check-in each week. It's a chance to share what's working, talk through what's hard, and cheer each other on. Many people find that this personal connection is what keeps them going. Buddy calls are completely optional, but we really encourage you to give them a try.

How it works
  1. Sign up. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page with your name and contact information by Sept. 20.
  2. Find your match. Each week, check back here to see who you're paired with, starting Sept. 21
  3. Reach out. Look for your buddy's phone number or email below, and find a time that works for you both. You can meet by phone or video call, whatever feels most comfortable.

Question Prompts

Need something to talk about? The question prompts below are there to help. They're just ideas to spark conversation, so feel free to talk about whatever feels right. There's no need to go in order or get through them all.
  • What are you most excited about by the Learning Circle and what are you hoping to achieve?
  • What areas are you most pleased with in your Wheel of Life? What areas do you have the most opportunity?
  • What is a person, place, or thing that you are grateful for? What does mindfulness mean to you?
  • What are you already doing well regarding your nutrition? What areas of your nutrition would you like to change?
  • What has worked in the past when you've made a change? How can you apply that success to changes you'd like to implement?
  • What type of movement do you enjoy? What is it about the movement that brings you happiness?
  • What has been your biggest takeaway from what you've learned so far in the Environment Module?
  • Have you identified areas in your environment where you'd like to make a change? If so, what is a step that you can take this week?
  • Was there a particular module where you gained the most insight? How will you apply what you've learned from the program?
