Alex Brown

Psychologist
Dr. Alex Brown is a licensed psychologist trained in health psychology and behavioral medicine. He helps patients develop strategies to work through changes that will benefit their health.

Margaret Fletcher

Mindfulness Instructor
Margaret Fletcher taught mindfulness and trained teachers at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She is certified to teach MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and is a founding member of the NH Professional Mindfulness Community.

Lynne Avery

Exercise Physiologist
Lynne Avery is a registered nurse, and has been credentialed by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Her work involves helping people incorporate healthy lifestyle changes.

Crystal Pace

Dietitian
Crystal Pace, RDN, M.S, is a registered dietitian with the Anticancer Lifestyle Program. She is also a yoga teacher, certified intuitive eating counselor, and health coach. Crystal enjoys helping clients re-connect with the pleasure and satisfaction of eating.

Deb DeMoulpied

Green Living Expert
Deb DeMoulpied is a Green Living Expert. She was the founder of an environmental green goods store in New Hampshire. In order to choose the cleanest possible products for her store, Deb spent years researching and vetting companies and products.
