    Margaret is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and educator. She trained at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and has taught mindfulness to individuals, professionals, and community groups.  Her work focuses on helping people build practical skills to manage stress, increase awareness, and develop resilience in daily life.
